Magnesium Chloride vs. Magnesium Sulfate
Dietary surveys of people in the USA consistently show that many people consume less than recommended amount of magnesium (ods.od.nih.gov). We hear about magnesium sulfate (Epsom salt) and the benefits of it in your cosmetics typically found in bath salts and bath bombs. But did you know that magnesium chloride which we use in our lotions are better absorbed through the skin. Magnesium Sulfate (Epsom salt) vs Magnesium Chloride are both great ingredients in our cosmetic products. These are great for stress relief, sore muscles, headaches, and can give a restful night's sleep. The American Academy of Neurology and American Headache Society concluded in 2012 that magnesium therapy was "probably effective" for migraine prevention. So that is something for food for thought. Not a fan of baths try our lotion infused with magnesium chloride or you are a bath lover our bath salts include both magnesium sulfate and chloride.
